Arbitration is a process that addresses workplace disputes, provides parties with a formal hearing, and concludes when a written, final and binding decision is issued.

Mediation

Mediation offers a less formal and more flexible process during which the parties attempt to reach a resolution with assistance.

Arbitration/Mediation

Med/Arb begins with a mediation process. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, it is followed by a formal arbitration hearing and a final and binding written decision.
